Absolutely a scam
Absolutely a scam. Do not use the app. They are a fraud, I just reported them to BBB. They took money out of my account without my consent, I tried to contact their customer service and they acted like they had no idea what was going on and had no information on me. Stay away!!!!!!! They took 115 out of my account!

Subpar Service From Credit Genie
The level of service I received was subpar. I had sent several emails that took to long for a response. I had asked for my repayment date to be changed because it didn't align with my pay date. To my surprise it was changed. The repayment has gone through my bank. Waiting for it to post on your end. I don't plan on using your services any time soon. I also will not refer my family or friends to you. You maybe losing a valuable customer. Word of mouth is still viable.

This is a scam, they taking money instead of giving money!!!! When you trying reaching out to them you get no response. The BBB needs to address this issue, scammmmmmm!!!

This people need a -1 in service
This people need a -1 in service. They charged my account for $113.99 + 3.99 of service fee AND NEVER RECEIVED ANY MONEY, Either respond properly, your customer service system SUCKS. No real people and no real solution! YOU ARE SCAMMING people. Here is copy of your crappy customer service “ your request (Id: #191842).” since 10/24/24 no solution and no real answer!

They are generally good but I am having a family emergency and need to postpone repayment because I can't risk a reduced advance and I can't get anyone to respond.
