Every time I try for an advance I’m denied but I have all the requirements fulfilled and still getting denied you need to quit telling people that they qualify only to get denied

Need improvement
Came in handy a couple of times but Issue with the app. Payments weren’t taken said date. Payment couldn’t be taken because my Bank account closed tried to log in same to to update bank info and had no access to my account. Wasn’t able to get any assistance getting into account or making payment ..

No real big issues here
No real big issues here. I've used when needed. The app / company is sufficient in that manner. Low fee in my eyes. Areas of improvement: Increased advances for those with excellent history or some sort of incentive program. Not understanding the required "tip" option. I do wish there was a pay back early option. Ive also been on the credit card waiting list for awhile. App is pretty basic but it serves its purpose.

Credit Genie is always available and reliable when you need that extra cash before pay day. There service is genuine and dependable for those emergency situations that arise at a moments notice, I would definitely give Credit Genie a five star rating great service.

I always get an advance when needed but they can never get my repayment day right. I get paid on Thursday not wednesday. They can never take full repayment amount cause the take it to earlu
