This company has been there for me when I needed a helping hand with finances. Very supportive. Also have offered help with credit and budgeting. No jumping through hoops or making you feel like there's no help.

I’ve actually thought about canceling…
I’ve actually thought about canceling my subscription here because there’s no increase. It’s the same amount each week and I have been paying to listen on time for a while now. You would think overtime they would increase the amount loan to folks who have been faithful in paying back on time.

This app is convenient but...
This app is convenient, sure, but it will also continue to charge you the $4.99 subscription fee...even after you remove the subscription from your account. And customer service is useless. Instead of fixing the issue and acknowledging that they're shady, they instead chose to argue with me about how my account is still active and instead of giving me my money back, they'll just deactivate my account for me. I know its tempting, but don't use this app!
