I don't know how or why they got my number, but this morning I started receiving texts from them with a code. Who the hell are they to use my private number without prior acceptance? Something's not right.

The repayment process takes entirely too long. Absolutely zero reason I shouldn’t be able to pay instantly with my debit card. Also can’t pay it off early, which is strange. The app has helped me financially a few times, but I’ll be cancelling as soon as I’m able to get back on my feet.

The worst ever this cash advance is trash

I was happy and it was easy. Then a few weeks in realized all the extra charges. Weekly charges. It takes a week to process your payment. Now it will not let me sign in. Keeps saying download app while using my app. I just want to stop my subscription and sign out but am not able.

Been having a lot of trouble getting my cash advances. Using my debit card. In October, I got a cash advance. I never saw it through my debit card, yet I still had to pay for it. I tried to do it again this time and see what’s gonna happen and it did the same thing and I have tried to contact someone and they never get back to me

I took out an advance and did not remember that my debit card was reported loss. Therefore, the advance was never deposited into my account. I then attempted to link a debit card to a secondary account. It won’t let me as it was not linked to the account on my credit genie. Okay cool. I’ll just have to wait until my new debit card comes in. Fast forward a couple of days and the card that would not let me link was charged a $4.99 membership fee. How can you charge a card that you wouldn’t even let me link because it’s not with the bank on file. I immediately emailed them and they responded I have an open loan. Yes the loan that I never received was showing as an open loan despite me never receiving the money. Then today I notice I’m missing money out of my secondary account that has never been linked to credit genie because remember it’s with another bank. Credit genie charged me for the loan I never received from an account they don’t even have access to. FRAUD! FRAUD! FRAUD! I have all my bank statements to prove everything and plan on pursuing legal action since they can’t respond to emails.

I agree with everyone else that they are a scam! DO NOT USE THEM! Now they are claiming I made another account! I absolutely did not do that. Besides how could that possibly be done with my information on my account I’ve used all along. Then on trust pilot my review they told me to contact them and they’d do what they could and also look into it. They still lie. I’ve only used one email the entire time and did well paying back. They are scammers trying to get your information. I had someone from there say a different reason they took my account off and won’t let me use it ever again. They lied. They could have let me know before taking my $4.99 and my payment. They took my payment and right away permanently suspended my account. 😡🤬
