Very pleased
The Staff are professional, knowledgeable, and down right nice people. Mr Marshall spent a very long time helping me to understand and download the computer and phone application. He not only was knowledgeable but has the patience of a Saint! Ms E. Evans not only carefully explained all about the alarm system and the many ways I could use it’s multiple safety features when I first decided to use the system but, came to my home after alarm was fully installed as a follow up visit, on a Saturday, to assure I had a clear understanding of the system and all it’s bells and whistles.

Customer service ranks very high
Customer service ranks very high. Leah has been very informative along the way. They took the time to walk me through my system as it is now and showed the possibilities for the future in great detail.

My sales rep was great
My sales rep was great. Tech that installed the system was great. There was a small hiccup, a 30# motion sensor was installed vice the 80# that I had asked for, but it was rectified the next day!
