Warranty problems
When I first got the machine I discovered that there is a difference with mobile services between US and Australia and as such was unable to connect to phone. Disappointed but not a deal breaker. After 6 months the screen went black and the machine stopped working. Initially communication was very good with prompt replies. The machine was to be returned under warranty but I was warned that this could take 4 to 6 months. I tried returning the machine but customs are not allowing postage from Australia to US. Now my emails are not being answered and I am left with a dead CPAP machine. Not happy.
