I ordered the device and it was sent via DHL. The delivery was very cumbersome. I wish it was an easier way

The price was the best I've found anywhere. There needs to be a way of using my HSA funds to pay for it directly though.

Please note that reimbursement approval is determined by your HSA/FSA administrator, and we are not responsible for denied or rejected claims. Was a little disappointed it didn’t come with a new mask, and the power plug supplied was not a New Zealand connection.
Response from CPAP SpecialsFeb 3, 2026
Thank you for your feedback. All included items are clearly listed on each product page, including whether a mask is included. The product description also states that the device includes a U.S.-style plug standard. The machine itself is designed to operate on 100–240V (AC/DC), so it can be used worldwide with a simple plug adapter for your country’s socket. All power specifications and included contents are outlined on the product page prior to purchase. If you have any questions, our support team is always happy to assist.

The machine is comfortable to use, but the sleep report is abnormally high (i.e. 3.5 events/hr, 1.5 events/hr instead of 0.5 event/hr as I expect)
Response from CPAP SpecialsJan 28, 2026
Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear the machine is comfortable to use. Regarding the sleep report, occasional variations in event rates can occur depending on mask fit, pressure settings, or sleep position. We recommend reviewing your mask fit and humidifier settings, and if the readings continue to seem unusually high, feel free to email our team. We’re always here to help!

I ordered a luna g3, but it did not suggest additional accessories i need to complete the set-up. this delayed my usage by a week, because i have to put another order for the mask separately. It took a week to receive the mask. I would have been nice if you can suggest other things we need to complete the set-up.
Response from CPAP SpecialsJan 26, 2026
Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear about the delay you experienced. We understand how important it is to begin therapy without interruption. The Luna G3 listing does note on the product page what is included with the machine. Masks are sold separately since fit and style preferences vary from person to person. That said, we appreciate your suggestion and understand how clearer guidance on commonly needed accessories could be helpful. Your feedback has been noted, and we’ll use it to improve how we communicate setup requirements to future customers. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
