I paid $70 for a quilt including shipping and tax. It looked very cute and well made in the photographs. Upon receipt, I realized it was made from cheap materials. It has pre-printed fabric, and machine quilting. When I reached out to return the item, they would only give me a 20% refund. When I fought this, they agreed to a 30% refund. I feel very ripped off and annoyed at Facebook and other places that are allowing this advertising. Do not buy these products. They are a badly run Chinese company.

Waited for weeks for my quilt. Was excited when I finally received it. Was disappointed when I saw the white part looked gray, beige. I contacted them in an email right away, and was told they would give me a 20% refund. They didn't want it back. I payed $100 for the quilt. It didn't state the color maybe slight dff then the photos. This should be in the description. Now they will not respond to my emails. I've sent about 5 emails and they won't answer me.

I purchased 1 quilt thinking they were American made. My order was for 89.00 I did not include shipping insurance and other add on fees charged after providing my card number my total was $307 which I now have to wait to be refunded to me. Now I'm out of pocket my money because of their illicit practices and abuse of customer trust.

Company adds extra fees onto the product after ordering. Very fraudulent. Cost me $80 to cancel a $130 order because I didn't cancel it within 2 hours.

I ordered 2 quilts at same time 1 was delivered and 1 week later the other order is still not received. They lack customer service and I believe they are coming from the slow boat from china I thought they were American made company.

Buyers be careful.. cheap unsafe products. Have requested a refund but you can imagine how far that has done. $84 lost to products I would never give as gifts
