This was my first transaction with Cozzyhomes. It started out a bit complicated but was straightened out immediately by their customer support department to my total satisfaction. So A+ for customer service. I received my order well within delivery expectations (before Xmas) and was provided with tracking every step of the way. So A+ for shipping and delivery. When I received the quilt, I actually gasped. It is way, way beyond what I thought it would be. My quilt is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS and exceptionally well made. It is lightweight (some call it a summer quilt), which is exactly what I needed. So A+++ for a spectacular product and an excellent transaction.

I like the quilt however, there are certain things that are not as described or shown on the website. This quilt and I believe others on the website are described as 'patchwork'. They are not patchwork quilts in the traditional sense. A traditional patchwork quilt would have many pieces sewn together to create the picture on the quilt top. This quilt top is one piece of fabric that has the full picture printed on the top. The colors are extraordinary but they are printed, not patchwork. The actual machine stitching on the quilt is just one pattern of quilting. They remind me of jigsaw pieces. The website pictures show different quilting patterns on the quilt top. That adds interest to the quilt. The measurements given for the quilt sizes are accurate.  Unfortunately, I did not double check the measurements that I wanted.  I have a King size mattress and so I automatically chose the 'King Size' .  When I got the quilt, I realized that I should have ordered the 'Super King Size', so that there was some fabric to drape over the sides of the mattress.  My mistake.   The quilt was delivered within one month of me ordering it. That is an acceptable delivery time frame considering the quilts come from China. The items I mentioned above are not show stoppers. Since refunds are permitted only for defective quilts, I am going to have to keep my quilt. I'm not sure if I would order more quilts or not.

This company deserves a-star! The guilt is thin...which I can deal with since it is only a throw. I purchased two, one as a gift. Now I don't know ill do with that gift. I'm too embarrassed to give it to my friend. I ordered one with the white horse. You can look at it and never figure out what it is. I agree with the buyer who said she didn't do enough research into this company. I didn't either. Ill use mine for a while but I can see it as a dog blanket in the near future. DON'T BUY THESE THINGS. PAPER THIN. HIDEOUS DESIGN DOESN'T LOOK LIKE ANYTHING ADVERTISED. LIVE AND LEARN...I WILL BUY FROM A REPUTABLE COMPANY FROM HERE ON.

The pillow cases were NOTHING like they are represented to be: bright, beautiful, nice stitching. I got a faded printed fabric of the nutcrackers, way oversized, polyester. Just yuck. Buyer beware!!! Then there are NO returns possible, with the rationale that these are unique hand-made items, which they absolutely are not!! The product is high-priced, as if this might be high quality and craftsmanship. Don't be taken in! An absolute waste of money and a scam in my book.

Terrible would not recommend this site. I received a receipt that said my total was $94.92 and they took $148.13. Upon contacting customer services they claimed i only paid $101 through PayPal and would get a refund 2 to 7 business day that i never received.

Beware of this company. I had a couple of things in my cart debating if i was going to pull the trigger. I was to order page when they said I would recieve a free gift so I backed page to see if I missed it. Then I got A email for fraud from my bank. They tried to hit my card for 4 different charges. Mind you non of the totals were my subtotal. They charged my card finally for a total of 436 and some odd change, even though I hadn't hit total. That wasn't what my total was even close to being. I called my bank and reported fraud. I'm waiting to see if it stands. Don't bother emailing at their support email it just bounces back. This company advertises that its woman out of united states that hand make these quits but it's really out of Japan. PLEASE BEWARE I did not hit order before they tried to hit my card. 0 stars

Ordered a quilt set on November 30th. Messaged them twice and finally received an answer. It hasn’t even been shipped out yet! They stated that it may take 20 days before they ship it out! This was to be shipped within 10 days. Beware it’s coming from China! Never again.

If I could give negative stars I would. These are not quilts. They are cheap blankets with images printed on the fabric. Then they sew wiggly lines all over. They will look NOTHING like what you will purchase. Forget trying to return this garbage, these blankets are so disappointing even they don’t want them back. They will not accept returns and will not return your money. Steer clear of this junk. They can’t even dignify you with a normal response, just cut and paste answers that will infuriate you. DO NOT BUY THIS GARBAGE YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!!!
