Dumud anyone manage to get a refund? If so how?

Literally a cheap piece of printed fabric with sewing machine marks in it. Not at all a quilt. Then when trying to return they're stating that ALL orders are custom-made & cannot be returned. Pathetic scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

SCAM Alert! This is a Chinese scam! CHEAP, low quality "quilts". Quilts are NOT as pictured, are extremely thin, and worth about $5 at most. Of course, they do not accept returns. Should have read the reviews before I bought the quilt and checked the country of origin. Won't make that mistake again.

I should’ve looked at the reviews before I purchased!! . Beware !!! these are not quilts. These are thin packing materials that are machine made… the dye runs. They’re thin something you can buy at Dollar General for $10! And It is absolutely impossible to get an address to return . Save the money. Go somewhere else and buy a quilt. These are not quilts.! Working it out now to deny my credit card. Bad bad bad!

Same scammer as vantique.net. they popped up on my Facebook trying to sell me the same stuff based on the info Facebook shared with them. I like the beach so they were trying to share the sam "handmade" quilt. I read the reviews and it saved me the error. Also their websites are identical.

Took a few weeks to arrive . I did not expect a hand sewn quilt for this price so I was really happy with what I received. Seems sewn nicely, I washed it came out fine. More of a light weight blanket but I’m in Fl so exactly what I was looking for. If you’re looking for warmth not it . Loved the pattern, looks and feels great. No add photo option, too bad it’s really beautiful

Sadly I think I am getting totally ripped off! Four weeks after ordering and I haven’t received it To top that all off after trying to communicate with the company and they are saying it’s delivered Sigh Now to call Wells Fargo to get some help battling fraud

Do not purchase from this company. The "quilts" are not quilted. Instead there is stitching on flat, thin fabric. Shoddy work, at best. The color of the "quilt" that I received is VERY different than what was advertised - more than what would be due to a lighting issue. I cannot give this as the gift it was intended to be. Shame on you Cozzyhomes.
