The products are great so far. Shipping time and communication is lacking. I do not want to download another app (shopify) to find out the status of my order. I have little idea when my order is shipped or when it is due to arrive. This could be improved. The pricing is high. If I have a discount and an item I want is on sale I'd like to apply my discount to the sale price. I realize you don't "stack" discounts, but this seems to invalidate either your sale price or discount I have received. This takes away some of the joy I'd have purchasing more product.
