Update: It looks like my warranty service was finally taken care of. It’d be good if they sent an automatic email to let the customer know the warranty claim was received, and will be processed or replied to ASAP. All claims and messages should be replied to, but that’s not the case. The good with Cozy Earth is their products. Their bedding, clothes, and towels are all great! The prices are high, but the quality and warranty justify the prices. The sheets are probably my second favorite bamboo sheets. The hoodie is the favorite hoodie of mine and my friends, even among other bamboo and bamboo + cotton hoodies. The acrylic adds extra warmth, and makes the material smoother and softer. I’m not a fan of the raglan sleeves on some of the shirts, but that’s a personal preference. The one bad product is the socks. They’re over three quarters plastic, and not that soft! That much wicking power only makes sense if your feet are going to sweat buckets, but then you’d probably want cooler athletic socks. So the bad…the slow speed to the company. Everything from shipping to customer service to warranty claims can be slow. It’s particularly bad when messages aren’t replied to. Not posting negative reviews on their website is bad, too. If Cozy Earth is going to do that, at least review and reply to the negative reviews. If after Cozy Earth has done their best to help the customer, the customer should have an opportunity to post a new review, good or bad, that Cozy Earth can respond to.

Love the sheet sets. They are soft, comfortable and cool to sleep on.

I have bought sheets and comforters for all the beds in our house. I have also sent cozy earth to our children and they love the sheets. Just sent another for Christmas gifts and a comforter.

I appreciate the way the products are packaged. The material on both bed sheets & pjs feel so very soft, like butter. In a good way! The customer service is excellent. I truly feel they stand behind their product. I would completely recommend this company.

I recently made a purchase that did not fit my bed properly. I was able to exchange this item for a sheet set ( and the tote bag was a very handy bonus that will be be well used) Customer service was more than helpful with the exchange process, even though it was a busy holiday weekend.
