Sheets are AMAZING. Customer service is fantastic.

As far as experience, normally, cozy earth is what I would call a luxurious experience. From start to finish, customer service to shipping and quality, all perfection. Lately, though, things have changed. First, it just took almost 3 weeks to ship an item that they have continued to sell as though it were in stock. It was out of stock supposedly. That’s fine, it’s not the two day shipping that we’re all used to for a product that expensive, but it is what it is. Worse, though, they have stopped selling sheets in the jewel tones, which is sad.. because to me, their grey color gray does not look grey, it looks brown. And I loved the Navy and I’m so mad at myself that I didn’t buy another set of sheets in the navy as I had no idea they would be completely discontinuing it. Yeah, I’m aware that I probably sound like a privileged brat, but when you’re paying $200 for a sheet set, which is something that I splurged on, and I work hard for, you expect a good experience. So what happens if I have to call in the warranty for my sheets? I won’t have any of those anymore? By the way, the warranty is a pretty reasonable experience. Within a few days, I had another pillowcase shipped out because one of the pillowcases that I got in an order had a hole in it, like they had forgotten to sew it. Last but not least, they recently stopped allowing you to use a coupon code (and same for the VIP rewards points) for anything on sale. Come on, we already know the markup has to be 80% plus so you instituting that policy feels like greed. So basically, this will be my last order with cozy earth. I hate it because I genuinely love their sheets more than any others in the world, but I’m prepared to spend a lot of money to find a new favorite that offers better colors, and when you spend a grand on sheets and bedding with them, I would expect to get to use my points as rewards- even with a sale. Now that I’ve gotten the negatives out of the way, the sheets are absolutely wonderful, when they don’t pile, and I have several iterations in colors of all the sheets, and I do not recommend linen as it is scratchy, but still better than most other sheets. I did appreciate the CEO writing that letter and sending a coupon code at Christmas, that was pretty much the best customer service. I never seen but the experiences lately just haven’t measured up to anything like that. But the clothing is wonderful, just incredibly overpriced.

Gave sheets and pajamas for Christmas and everyone loves them! Return for different sizes was so easy and quick replacement. Great products!!

I recently purchased bed sheets, socks and a v-neck dress from Cozy Earth online and I am so in love with their products. The website is wonderful and the products are wrapped like a beautiful gift to yourself. The sheets are incredibly soft and fit my king mattress perfectly. I sleep so well on them. The socks and dress are also super soft and I can wear the dress out or as loungewear. Looking to buy gifts for my Mom for Mother's Day.

I got a hand written thank you card, lovely note and a very generous gift card for $70 from the CEO of Cozy Earth! I have never received such amazing customer service, kindness and especially appreciation from the CEO from any other company. Granted, I have spent a whole lot of money there as I adore the products, but even still, it really shows the reason the company is so successful to have such a good example of the character of the company demonstrated from the top down!

I used the sheets two times and the seam split on the pillowcases. The “warranty” process to get new pillowcases was difficult involving many attempts on my part with no reply on Cozy Earth’s part. I think the sheets are over hyped (using the Oprah name) and expensive. The sheets are soft (you get 2 stars) but already pilling after two washes! I don’t have the energy after the pillowcase experience to fight with Cozy Earth. Comphy and Cariloha make a better sheet that holds up well, is soft, and has customer service.
