Incredibly fast shipping service, great packaging presentation. These are very soft sheets, in a lovely color (oat) and generously sized for our King sized mattress. We love that we can wash them in cold water and dry on low heat. We have one significant concern: after just 2 weeks of use (and one cold wash in between), the bottom sheet has started to pill. That’s pretty early, given the price of the sheets. That’s a disappointment.

They state they have 100% guarantee but they did not. I washed mine as always did for the last year and then they had like burn marks. I sent them photos and they said we don’t cover that. I didn’t wash them differently than I ever have. Spending this amount of money for sheets yearly is bs. I would Never recommend them or their customer service. Do not waste your money!!

I purchased these socks (xs-s) for myself and my daughter (9 years old) and we love them. Surprisingly soft and cozy. She even asked for more. If you're like us and appreciate warmth and comfort when at home or away from home then I absolutely recommended these socks. Yes, they are a bit $$ but you're worth it so are your feet.😊

The king sheet is so loose and sloppy and the king duvet cover is so large I could fit two king duvets inside side by side. The size just doesn’t make sense. The customs fee was $200 and now return postage and insurance. Canadians need to be aware of the additional costs when ordering U.S. products. This was a huge disappointment and I won’t order from this site again.
