Returned Merchandise
I was not happy about the so called "restocking" fee of $11.99 or 3% on RETURNED merchandise. As much as merchandise costs at Cozy Earth, I would think you wouldn't need to hold back part of a customers refund. Also, I have found that your sizing in your clothing and sheets is not consistent, which require more returns. Therefore, I doubt I will be ordering from Cozy Earth again.
