Cozy EarthReviews of cozyearth.com

Bedding… I am very picky when it comes to pillows. I ordered the silk pillow, which is a total hit! The bamboo sheets are amazing, they are so soft. My only negative comment is that the detergent stains the sheets in some spots. Not really sure how to deal with this. Any ideas, Cozy Earth?

Quality- Very soft and cozy high-end quality. Feel- Products feel like a cloud and a breath of fresh air. Customer Service- Great responsive, relatable and genuine customer service. Big Thanks to the CEO, Tyler, and his Hardworking Team!

Great products, I love every thing I get from them. My latest pull over is fantastic.

I ordered a Queen size waffle blanket for my bed. It was so large, the sides were on the floor. I was told I had 100 days to try it at home. When I went to return the item, I was told it was a too many made, and I could not return it, though the Customer Service Rep sent me a link to return it! I wrote to the company and they pretty much told me too bad! Horrible, waste of $175. I will not purchase from them again! After I wrote this review, Cozy Earth contacted me and gave me a full refund. I think that was the correct thing, so I am a happy camper!

Heavenly! Most luxurious material. Great all around, bedding, clothing, towels - all outstanding!

Love the joggers.. So soft and comfortable

I came across Cozy Earth when I got a gift card after redeeming points on another site. I was intrigued by the company name and curious about their products. Searching their website, I found a pair of jogger pants (bamboo) that looked sleek and decided to order them - am I ever glad I did! They are so comfortable and the fabric is so soft, I'm probably going to order another pair. I love the fit and style and the feel of the fabric!! I received a special discount for signing up for texts/emails, but it expired before I could use it which is disappointing. It would have been nice to have beyond 48 hours to use it.

Edited 2/8: Hunter from Cozy Earth reached out to me and helped rectify the situation. He went above and beyond to make it right for us and additionally edited some of the company policy around warranty. Nobody asked me to change this review, I wanted to do so because I am very pleased with the level of customer service he provided me. Original review: Conveniently the ten year warranty doesn’t cover items that are discontinued. Absolutely ridiculous and seems like a great way to trick people into buying a $300+ duvet. Ours ripped and the zipper broke after a year and they won’t do anything to honor the warranty because the product is discontinued. A shady business practice if you ask me.
