So soft! Love my new pajamas

The website is very user friendly! I had an issue with my order and was able to call and reach customer service and requested a cancelation and a refund. I was told that it might not be possible as the orders were being filled, but he’d double check. I received a couple of calls letting me know that my order was canceled and I would be getting a refund.

Was shipped in a fashionable manner. The clothes are super soft and comfortable. And the sizes are accurate to the sizing chart.

I purchased 2 sets of king size sheets and a package of pillowcases from Cozy Earth in January 2024. I did not use them until April 2024. I find the fabric quality lacking. I do not like the feel of them and they do not launder well. Extremely wrinkled coming right out of the dryer. When I called to return them I was told by a supervisor that I was out of the 100 night sleep window and could not return or even exchange them. It didn't matter that I didn't start using them until April putting me inside the 100 night sleep window. I spent well over $700 for 2 sets of sheets that I will never use. DO NOT PURCHASE sheets from this company. I was pleased with the sleep shirt and socks I purchased but due to the Customer Service folks not allowing a return on the sheets I will not purchase anything else from Cozy Earth.

I love Cozy Earth!! I finally broke down and ordered their bedding, and then their pajamas, and then their joggers and I am obsessed! Such quality and softness like no other.

Cozy products are very good and the team has an excellent customer service when I have problems. I LOVE COZY!

The sheets are excellent. I have sensitive skin and the average, economy sheets aren't comfortable to me. The company's customer service is outstanding as well. If you have a problem or concern, they will work to satisfy you. My favorite aspect of my CE sheets is the way the top sheet almost floats around my body -- light weight and silky soft.

The material is beyond comfortable! I bought the square neck bamboo tops and shorts and they have become my new uniform. I never want to take them off.
