The product I received did not work and after 2 unanswered emails and 2 phone calls (for which there were no representatives available to take my call) I have started a dispute process with PayPal through which I made my payment. I am hoping that PayPal has the leverage to get them to issue a refund and return authorization. I would not recommend this company to others.

Do not recommend. I wanted to return my earphones and after several emails back and forth, they confirmed a refund so shipped them back. Just this process took one entire month. I live in Australia so it cost me $40 to return by post. I received an email saying that my parcel had been received and nothing. I emailed them several times, with no reply. Don't waste your money. They did not keep their word, they did not refund, and they simply wasted my time. Subpar sound quality, terrible customer service.

I wish I could give them no stars! My daughters headphones arrived and in less than a week of having them they broke. I have tried calling them multiple times and get a voicemail (which they say they will call you back) and have sent multiple emails with absolutely no response! I do not believe they ever intend on responding to me. I think I am going to have to file a dispute with my credit card company. DO NOT BUY FROM COWINAUDIO!!

Isn't it amazing? I've had nothing but bad experiences with Bluetooth products and yet, the best Bluetooth product i've had by a country mile are the Cowin E7 headphones. They have been SO good it's not even close. Sound, connectability, supportability (iPhone, Windows laptop, iPad etc) I'm not doubting other people's bad experiences but........ my little E7s are amazing and are still going strong.....

Ordered E8 headset and some earbuds. The headset works, but the left earbud does not. I have emailed them 3 times, and called them only to get a voicemail. I wish had read these reviews beforehand. I'm calling my credit card company and the BBB about this scam of a business.

This company is a scam out to steal every penny they can they don't talk to you they don't care about you all they want to do is steal your money this company is garbage don't buy anything here

So far i’ve had a terrible experience. I ordered a pair of headphones April 23, 2022 and they still haven’t shipped. I’ve received no shipping updates, and all the tracking number says is that the order has been confirmed. I’ve emailed an abundance of times and have had zero responses. I don’t even know if i’ll ever get my headphones or how to even get a refund.

I wish I had read this before making my purchase. My head phones came relatively quickly, fine. I charge them for hours, twice and they never turned on. Ironically they have a 7 day "dead on arrival" policy. Well it took them another 5 days to get back to me, and they offered to send me a new one. I said no I wanted a refund. They replied that I should be understanding since their customer service team was on leave??? I have never heard a business ask a customer to excuse poor service because people are on vacation. I replied that I wanted a refund. As you guessed I haven't received a response and it has been over a month. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and with the BBB. STAY CLEAR OF COWIN AUDIO!
