I bought my Cowin wireless headphones in 2021 and they are still working perfectly and that after being dropped many times! They still look and sound amazing. The battery life is not as strong. I do have to charge them more often. But they are premium sound and I'm super happy with them. I'm looking at all these negative reviews. I'm thinking maybe it's best to buy them from an off-site seller, where the return service and questions might be answered better. They did take a couple weeks to get here from whatever Asian country they are in. But I do know you can buy them from reputable, retail sellers. Hope that helps if you are thinking about buying a pair. The sound is amazing tho. And 4 years later no complaints.

I ordered a pair of headphones from the website on 12/18/2022. They were delivered on 12/26/2022. The color is more a teal than an emerald but are otherwise exactly as described. I was nervous because I didn’t get an email that said “your order shipped” and the tracking info didn’t populate on my order status. Turns out that they were delivered without an issue.

Isn't it amazing? I've had nothing but bad experiences with Bluetooth products and yet, the best Bluetooth product i've had by a country mile are the Cowin E7 headphones. They have been SO good it's not even close. Sound, connectability, supportability (iPhone, Windows laptop, iPad etc) I'm not doubting other people's bad experiences but........ my little E7s are amazing and are still going strong.....

I purchased cowin E9 Bluetooth headphones for xmas for myself I had cowin E7 headphones for a few yrs and I really liked them so I thought since on sale I would see if the E 9s were improved and if so noticeable? Short answer absolutely noticeably better sound is deeper bass full mods and highs where they need to be and sound quality fully immersive sound music is important to me an so is price I search high and low up n down given from cheap to expensive and all in between from JBL Bose pioneer and the off odd brand and this is mbjnmy absolute favorite and I recommend these to anyone looking for fully immersive sound quality along with good price comfort etc they have it all I live in Chicago and I can’t find anything that compares they upgrade from e7 to E 9 IS NOTICEABLE and worth the upgrade

So far so good with ordering. I ordered the apex elites after some friends recommended Cowin. Never heard of Cowin but they said it’s well worth the money so I’m gonna give them a shot. I’m just hoping the buds will stay put like they advertise and they have volume!!! The corded ones that come with the iPhone 11 suck so I’m hoping these will do it.

Such a wonderful company! Even during this pandemic, the company was sure to keep contact explaining the wait. By the way, I didn't have a wait. Haha. I highly recommend the headphones. I stand behind the "headphones on, world off" statement.

I have to leave this review since I have been on their site recently. I am really impressed with COWIN'S website. I recently purchased from them and I must say they have one of the most nicest lay outs in their site I have seen. It's very nice and helps you make the right decision in what you want. A very good business I would say and very informative. A very friendly place to. They are very Quick also in your shipping your item to you. I like them. They have very good products as I have purchased from them several times.
