⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Even with a bit of hold time, my experience with Cover Whale has been outstanding. Mary Jo was both professional and efficient, making sure everything was handled smoothly. Earlier in the day I had another call with the same level of service — polite, professional, and efficient from start to finish. When I needed help from the cancellation department, they were extremely helpful and came through when it mattered most. It’s clear that even when you’re waiting on hold, there’s a dedicated team working hard for every customer. Highly recommend Cover Whale for commercial trucking insurance. — Roderick Givens

Raizabel R is a very knowledgeable representative for Cover whale , she goes above and beyond to help with any issues. I was pending cancellation and thanks to Raizabel on her hard work for the past two weeks helping solve this issue and got my policy reinstated if it wasn’t for her being so helpful and understanding my policy would have been canceled. If I can give 10 stars I would ! Thank you so much for your help Raizabel R
