I cancelled my policy with them, yet my money was not properly refunded. I feel that my funds were wrongfully withheld from me, and I have already reported Cover Whale to the Department of Insurance and Financial Services (DIFS). In my experience, switching to a provider like Progressive offers a significantly better policy and service. Cover Whale's business practices are unacceptable, and they should not be in operation. So far so good they got good pricing for writing insurance I don't know who the actual insurance company is that actually handles all the accidents and things but James Brown is a very very good Agent for writing and helping get things straightened out he has done many things for me and helping me with FMCSA and other things he is the best person I've worked with very kind patient with someone that doesn't have patience he is very good I hope things will go good from now on I'm just starting just got a assigned contract and waiting on to get started Trucking down the road hope this helps ask for James Brown if you need help thank you

Bait-and-Switch Pricing – Very Disappointing Experience I had a very frustrating experience with this insurance company. At the beginning, they provided me with a quote that included a specific down payment and monthly payment. Based on that information, I agreed to move forward with my renewal. However, at the end of the day, they suddenly changed both the down payment and the monthly payment to higher amounts without any clear explanation. This feels very misleading and unprofessional. It seems like they lure customers in with one price and then change it once you’re ready to commit. This kind of behavior destroys trust. Customers deserve transparency and honesty, especially when it comes to financial agreements. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and straightforward insurance services. Be very careful before doing business with them.
