I struck gold twice! I had back-to-back 10/10 perfect customer service experiences with the team handling the agency-partners line. We have an new-venture insured that's experiencing the growing-pains of navigating a new trucking business and with the help of Mary-Jo yesterday and Tamra today - we've been able to keep our insured in the policy and offer step by step instructions on how to fix every and any issue that's come up.
