I had an urgent situation and I ended up speaking with Tamara 3 times in one day! 2 times they were on call back requests and she was really great. Patient, informative, professional and friendly. Although the process was frustrating she was a ROCKSTAR and helped make it less frustrating. Kudos to her!

I called in for information on a submission we are trying to bind and was connected with Mary Jo. She was not friendly at all and sounded annoyed that I needed assistance. We bind a lot of business with CoverWhale and DO NOT appreciate that tone especially when we are always nice to the reps when we call in.
