After 2 months of using them
After 2 months of using them. The paint started peeling. I emailed them and they to email the warreny center. And so I did. But they won’t respond to me. I would never buy from them again

Luxoticca has completely ruined Costa's once great customer service. Jump through ten hoops jusy for them to offer you a completely different pair of glasses in some wild color that probably could sell. Look elsewhere, anywhere that doesn't use Luxoticca. All I needed them to do was replace the rubber nose piece on my fantails and they refused to do so and offered me plastic lens replacement for my 580g that I purchased. Highly disappointed and will not be purchasing anymore unless major changes take place.

I work for Bass Pro Shops. So I'm quite familiar with a lot of companies and customer service. Costa sunglasses not only don't hold up anymore but they're warranties are not worth the paper they're written on. You can't even talk to a real person when trying to make a warranty claim. They just drag you down a long road until you finally just say f*** it.

Don't waste your money on Costas. Brand new, $300 sunglasses are now unusable because of a scratch on the lens and no customer service available to replace them. This was such a good company when they were in Ormond Beach, original ownership. Even nationwide sunglass stores say they can't get parts from Luxottica the new owners of Costa...Stick to Maui Jim! Better quality, excellent service. Too bad, I liked the Galveston.

Luxoticca, an Italian based sunglasses conglomerate now owns Costa. I recently broke the left temple of my Fantail model Costa Sunglasses and in an effort to get them repaired or replaced, I have submitted three different service requests through their on-line service portal. I have yet to find anyone in the organization willing to assist me. All three of the service requests have been approved, advising me my sunglasses are still under warranty; however I can't get anyone to contact me on where or how I am to send them back for service. I have even suggested Costa merely sending me the replacement temple and I will fix it myself. While I have liked the sunglasses a lot, the organization has clearly dropped the ball on their service. I will likely end up purchasing another brand as a result and it will not be a pair from the Luxoticca sunglasses empire. My advice, based on my experience is to look elsewhere if considering this brand.

Broke my pair of Rincon sunglasses, called customer support and it was going to be 150.00 to fix. I decided to buy a new pair instead with the glass lenses which say they are anti scratch but they scratch anyways. My second pair just broke at the same spot my first pair did, I was cleaning them when they broke both times. The warranty offered by costa is a joke and the quality of their glasses is crap at best. I broke a pair of raybans and they replaced them all i had to do is pay for the shipping. I bought the costa glasses for fishing, but I will have to go with another company since they make their stuff to break at the year point. My suggestion is buy from another company, there are plenty of other better options.

Bad customer service. Lens fell out of glasses. Instead of offering to replace the lens costa says this is not a defect, apparently it is normal for their lens to fall out. They did offer to repair the $220 sunglasses for about $150.
