I will never buy another pair. I love the sunglasses. I broke a lens while carrying them in my hand on a hike. The frame twisted in my hand but there was no impact. I tried to get them repaired and Costa wants $170 to repair a lens after I spent 30 minutes completing an online form and waiting a week for an "offer". I will never buy another pair. Follow up... I've since received several generic emails over the past couple of weeks thanking me for my business and asking me to go through the same online process. No one from Costa has reached out to offer a solution.

I was looking to get a 15 year old pair of Costa Fathoms repaired due to wear and tear (my everyday sunglasses). Since the frame style has been discontinued I was offered 50% off a new pair.
