I've enjoyed every pair I've owned. They've always been made well, durable & high quality. The repair process is a absolute nightmare. You will never get them fixed. Just throw them out.
Trust me you will NEVER get your costas repaired. I've tried several times over 5 years. They're not interesting in repairing. After 20 years with Costa I'm now looking for a more cust. friendly brand. Disappointing cause I really love my Costas.
