I have had a pair of Costa's for 8-10 years, I LOVE them. Visibility for fishing is unparalleled. I was thinking of buying a 2nd pair this year. I went to put mine on and...they snapped. Figuring that I was doomed and had to buy a new pair, I took a shot and filled out a repair form on their site, figuring it would be slightly cheaper to get them repaired. Costa replaced them completely free of charge. I got a new pair in a new case, in less than a week. The quality of the lenses combined with this level of service will make me a lifelong customer of Costa Del Mar!

I just ordered a pair of Fantails online and reached out to their support team twice to see if they could expedite shipping and I am willing to pay for it, once via chat for a callback and once via phone and asked for a call back - after 4 hours, I have received nothing back from customer support. Not a great customer experience so far.

Costa has great products. They offered me a special discount for my birthday which was nice as well. The website is easy to use and the sunglasses are hands down the best that I have ever purchased! Well done....again!
