Very quick ship and excellent communication

Customer service is impeccable

Two things: 1. I had an older pair of glasses (that I loved) that is no longer available and I had some repair needs. Because they don't carry the 'parts' on a discontinued set, they issued me a brand new set of my choice. 2. I also bought another set, which came to the house about 2 days after purchase. Excellent customer service without a fight! I have 4 pair of varying types and love them all. Thx

The product is always great! Little snafu's here and there with nose pieces, but have always done me right. Need to be able to contact a sales/merchandise or marketing manager at some point to as and have questions answered knowledgeably. Still love the products. I do have a smaller head and the flex fit white hats just don't work, same with Boonie. I purchased a shirt and hat set several years ago and the white hat with embroidered Costa C logo on front is by far my favorite hat. I just wish I has someone to talk to about this that knew the product from back then! Thanks!

I bought my firs pair of sunglasses and I really like them.

Super simple and easy to find exactly what I needed!

Ordered frames and lense from the clearance section and received approximately a week later only for them to be incorrect. Box was showed a different item than what was in the box. Customer support was able to next day a new pair that was correct, allowing me to keep the incorrect pair as well. Next level customer support!

Unless you purchase sunglasses from the website they will not honor "wear and tear". I work construction and it happens all the time. I've bought 3 different pair from Amazon and Costa Del Mar wont replace every day damage. I hate that I've wasted so much money on cheap made garbage. Where's that warranty? Since you're charging people all that money for sunglasses...
