Last time I will ever buy a pair of costa sunglasses or spend a penny with costa. I got a pair of Rincon from sunglasshut, not even 6 months in and had to leave the glasses in the car because I was not allowed to bring anything to jury duty so I put them in their original case and in the glove compartment and when I got back the right lens was cracked I guess from the heat, called for warranty and they said it’s not covered and had to spend more than half of the sunglasses value on replacement lenses, well I wasn’t going to do that but my wife for my birthday got them fixed for me, fast forward to this weekend and now the actual frame cracked, same side of that had cracked the lens previously. Overpriced and bad quality. This was not my first pair of costa and I used to purchased a lot of their products. But after this issue never again. And plus found out that they are no longer a Florida small business.

Your products are garbage. I have a brand new pair with the glass lenses that I paid extra for for durability. I’m extremely careful and these already have a big scratch on the front that obstructs vision. Submitted a claim to your warranty and they say it’s not covered. $300 for garbage. Hoping others reading this will take in consideration as other brands take care of this kind of thing. Edit: they offered to repair the lenses for $130!!! Unbelievable

Costa today is not the same as they used to be. I'm on my second pair. I purchased a pair of 580G six years ago and the lenses are still crystal clear free of scratches. Definitely worth the extra money, so I thought. I purchased my second pair four months ago and the 580G, which is advertised as scratch-resistant, is everything BUT as advertised. DO NOT PAY FOR GLASS LENSES AS THEY ARE NO LONGER SCRATCH RESISTANT. They also no longer back their product...it's a sad story of what used to be a great product.

I purchased these Costa sunglasses to replace my old ones.....both "top of the line " products. The new sunglasses, especially the frames, are substantially less quality than the old ones. This will probably be my last Costa sunglasses.

And true to their word, they stand behind their products and offer outstanding customer service! 100% I have had damages covered under warranty and they have also helped get me back in business when it was due to my own clumsiness. Regardless of the circumstances, I have always been pleased with the product support after the sale.
