Great until you need customer service
I have used nothing but Corkcicle for my go to cup for years. I own five ranging from 24 oz to 40 oz. I recently purchased the 40 oz cruiser in the Belle, Ariel, and Cinderella designs. Ariel and Cinderella have been great. The Belle cup, the lid does not screw on properly with the opening facing either the handle or opposite the handle instead of the sides of the cup where a person would naturally drink from. No matter where I start it from, it always ends up in one of these two positions. The Belle one is the only one I have an issue with. I contacted Corkcicle and they told me it was fine and I could still drink from it, their cup does the same thing so they wouldn't do anything. Then the cup ended up with two small chips on the bottom. It has only been hand washed and never dropped. I love these cups and spend the money on them because I take care of them and before now the quality has been great. I contacted them about the chips and was asked for the size of the cup and if it had been dropped. I told them the 40 oz and no. I was then told the cups don't normally chip unless they have a hard hit so this was not considered a manufacturing defect and would not be covered under warranty. Thank you Corkcicle for calling me and liar. I have five Corkcicle cups. This is the first cup I have ever had any issues with. The cups are great unless you end up with one of the few that does have a quality issue. They will deny an issue and any accountability for the product.
