I purchased a number of pieces, including the coffee mug, the drink cup, and the wine cup. Multiple pieces. I got the ceramic interior. Do not put in dishwasher as the paint falls off and the piece looks awful. What is the point of having a coffee mug that’s supposed to be a convenience when you have to hand wash everything. I would never buy this product again. I found that the other factors like retaining heat or keeping it cool worked well. it’s the aesthetics that create a negative impression of the brand and their products. I get irritated each time is use them but they were expensive which means I get pissed off every day.

I don’t even want to give them one star. The customer service is terrible. I haven’t tried my product yet. I’m so disgusted with the company. I tried to cancel my order before it was fulfilled because their Tik Tok store had it much cheaper. The lady told me they couldn’t communicate with the warehouse. I could just return it when I received it. Also they would not match the price they offered on another site. I waited for it to arrive. I started my return only to find out they would not give me back the shipping plus they would charge me a handling fee, non of which was mentioned in the email to just return it when it arrived! So of my$43, I would only receive 19.98 of I sent it back. So I emailed them again, this time I got a response email that they are very busy and will get to me soon. I waited three business days, no response. The I emailed again saying that it was terrible customer service, stop no responding days later!

The color of the cup was not in any way the color on the website. I started a return but have of the return is taken out for a handling fee. I will never order anything from this site again.

Wish I had looked here first. Have products from Corcikle i bought in america and product is great, ordered another cup, didnt arrive, and no correspondence from them, had to claim credit card. Do not order from website.

Ordered over £50 of cups. They did not arrive. Contacted them 3 times over 6 weeks. No reply

Avoid Corkcicle Cups at all costs as they use sketchy plastic for their lids. They plastic is porous and absorbs detergent flavors and is apparently an ideal surface for growing mold. I have two cups that only ever had water in them and they are both ruined by mold-infused lids that will not come clean after multiple attempts.

I ordered a mug and a sports canteen. I never received them and when I contacted customer service, I was told because I didn’t buy their shipping insurance and there was nothing they could do. I paid $89.00 for these products. So they’re willing to lose their customers and receive bad reviews instead of making this right. Shame on them. I will NEVER purchase another Corkcicle product ever again!

They don’t protect your security. I ordered a tumbler and in the emailed receipt was a scam ad with all the information of my order with an added “claim your $25 rebate”- I thought it was legit because the scam had all my personal information and order amount so I clicked on it and was charged $25 and signed up for shipments free “membership “- had to cancel my credit card and replace it. What a mess. I don’t trust Corkcicle. They lost me as a customer.
