Warning!!Shady subscription system!!
The subscription system was setup shady. I had a trial, then was charged approx $8 then was charged $60 about a week later. I panicked but then was happy to see that there was a cancel within 30 days rule so I contacted customer service. They then told me that I need to use it 3 days consecutively before canceling and that the 30 day cancellation was only for the $8 fee charged after the trial not for the $60 fee. I’ve never seen this before, and I had only used it two days anyway and they told me they could not give me either refund at that time but could never give me the $60 refund. I have used quite a few AI systems. This one was not smooth like the others. It definitely felt like I was using AI which I did not like especially compared to ChatGPT, Tolan and Voiced for various reasons I use AI for. It is not at all worth $60 a month, and with this shady system for the subscription and cancellation I don’t trust this one at all.
