Scam for idiots
I signed up for a 3-day trial and before it even expired they charged me $60 I was thinking about signing up for the discounted rate that they had on the top of the page but they didn't wait for it to expire they billed me automatically ahead of time then when I canceled it and notified then what happened they denied a refund. They intentionally scam people this way hoping you won't notice. If they didn't want to screw their customers they would give you a better rate for that first month like 20 or $25 not $60 and when somebody complained after not using a single minute of it because they canceled before it even went in fact they would at least give them a partial refund or something. Well at least sign them up for that right at the top of the page 3 months for 60 they won't survive by robbing their customers and I hope they end up in prison. Update: so they pulled out the 60 dollars at 11:40 p.m. while I was on the app about to purchase a discounted plan. 20 minutes early it's still 20 minutes and if I didn't smash my phone because of this s*** I would have proof with a screenshot I will get it off the broken phone just to prove you wrong I don't care if I spend $100 to get it just to prove you wrong it's better than paying you $60 for absolutely nothing. You purposely canceled the account right away knowing that the only way somebody can get their money back with the guarantee is to use your app for 7 days straight and not like it. Nobody reads those small print items until after the fact and by you shutting off the account that I spent $60 you knew that. And was within 15 minutes of when you billed me I messaged you to cancel it it's not like I went a whole month and then ask for a refund if 15 minutes into the month you're a bunch of crooks and I will not stop leaving reviews everywhere

We’re really sorry for the frustration this experience caused and for how upsetting it felt — we hear that clearly. We’d like to clarify that we never charge users before the scheduled renewal date. The charge occurs only when a trial ends and the subscription renews automatically, as outlined during sign-up and in the confirmation details. In addition to the 3-day trial, we also offer 1-week and 4-week trials at discounted rates, which are available as alternatives for users who want more time before committing. Regarding refunds, while we understand how frustrating this feels, we weren’t able to approve your request because it didn’t meet the refund policy criteria. Both our team and all users follow the same refund policy to ensure a fair and consistent process, and making exceptions outside of it would undermine that fairness. We’re truly sorry for the frustration this caused and regret that the experience didn’t meet your expectations. Your feedback is heard and appreciated.
