There are real people behind COPYMIND who care about resolving issues properly. We also want to clarify that we never charge for a canceled subscription — technically, once a subscription is successfully canceled, further renewals cannot be processed. If charges continued, it usually means the subscription was still active under a specific account, and we would need the correct email address to locate and resolve it. Additionally, we never deny a refund if a user is eligible under our refund policy. We’re genuinely sorry this situation caused stress and left you with this impression. That was never our intention. If it didn’t work on your end, that can sometimes depend on the payment provider or account settings, but it is certainly not disabled to prevent refunds. Regarding pricing, the introductory rate for the first period and the renewal price are clearly outlined before purchase and confirmed in the welcome email. We’re sorry if that didn’t feel clear at the time. As for add-ons: they are entirely optional, clearly priced, and require an explicit confirmation step before being charged. There is no automatic enrollment into add-ons, and we don’t trigger purchases without user action. That said, we’re truly sorry if the experience felt different on your side.
