This is precisely our main goal here in Cooper Cases! The pencil compartment of the rugged case is for Apple pencil 2nd generation. I am curious as to why this happened. Could it be that you have a different pencil model? Your peace of mind is our top priority, so I am writing to you directly to investigate further and see what went wrong to the compartment and the sling strap. Hello Ali, Thanks for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that the case is not sturdy enough to hold the iPad. The rugged case is made of super lightweight EVA foam + the hinge of the handle is designed to fold to up to 110~ degrees angle when sitting upright. Given that the iPad is getting bigger and heavier in comparison to the first ones rolled out 10 years ago, the rugged case can only support your iPad when lying down or in landscape mode. Dear Simon, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to read that you have yet to receive your order. I have tracked your package and can see that this is returned to the sender [us] for a reason—No Access to Delivery Location. If someone parks their car in front of it or is too close to mailboxes for the carrier to deliver mail without getting out of his vehicle safely, the mail delivery access point is considered blocked. When this happens, the carrier will not deliver, but hold the mail at the local post office until the mailboxes are no longer blocked. Safety is critical to the post office most especially in these challenging times. Postmasters are required to follow all the rules of driving, which may include no double parking, backing, etc. I have reached out to you via email to resolve the issue together.
