Amazing product for the new iPad Pro…
Amazing product for the new iPad Pro 11inch. Was not on their site but they provided good communication and delivery option for UK. Thanks! I think the charging gap can be increased to provide easier plugin on the charger. At the moment it works but I struggle to get my fingers around the charger when removing it. I wouldn’t change anything if structural integrity was to be compromised. Great product!

case protects very well
case protects very well. i like the handle feature and pencil holder. falls short on using it to hold iPad vertically to view
Response from Cooper CasesJun 30, 2020
Hello Neil, Thanks for the product feedback. Please accept my apologies for providing an unsatisfactory experience with the rugged case. We're sorry to hear that the case is not sturdy enough to hold the iPad. The rugged case is made of super lightweight EVA foam + the hinge of the handle is designed to fold to up to 110~ degrees angle when sitting upright. Given that the iPad nowadays are getting bigger and heavier in comparison to the first ones rolled out 10 years ago, the rugged case can only support your iPad when lying down or in landscape mode. I am writing to you to provide more information as your peace of mind is our top priority. Looking forward to hearing back from you. Best regards, Erma Cooper Cases - Head of Support
