Coolibar will listen if you hang in there. I finally got a replacement jacket and I love it!
I really wanted the jacket I had ordered but not received. This was a first time problem for me. I kept looking on the website for another entity to call and finally got to the right place. My new order finally arrived and I am a happy user again.

Great Protection and Fast Shipping
