Very innovative and attractive unit. The initial several weeks were very frustrating, however. Hooking upthe unit was a piece of cake, but it Bluetooth capabilities, the very crux of the unit, did not function well at all. Emails to customer service were appropriate and the eventually the issue was resolved.

My cd player arrived perfectly packaged I had to assemble it but it’s only inserting the mother board on to 4 very strong magnets that hold it in position and put a sliding door in to position Mine originally had a fault whereby it wouldn’t play my disc I emailed the company and without too many questions they despatched a new motherboard These things happen now and again with sensitive electronics with any company Very happy outcome Very happy customer

First CD player was delivered with damage to the packing and when checking the unit, the acrylic damaged as well as part of the mainframe. Contacted CoolGeek (CiCi) who was so helpful and proactive. A new unit was quickly despatched to me, which arrived in perfect condition. Excellent customer services. Oh, the actual CD player is soo cool! Connects perfect;y to my Ruark speakers and sounds awesome. Love it 😊

Hi, Thank you so much for the fantastic review! We are so glad to hear that the replacement unit arrived in perfect condition and that you’re loving the vibe of your new CD player. :) I will be sure to pass your kind words along to CiCi. She will be absolutely delighted to know her proactive support made a difference for you! At CoolGeek, we always strive to make things right, especially when shipping gets a little rough. Also, we’re incredibly impressed with your setup! Ruark speakers are known for their exceptional British sound, and we’re thrilled that our player is "sounding awesome" through them. It sounds like the perfect pairing for a high-fidelity listening experience. Thank you for choosing CoolGeek. Enjoy the music and your beautiful setup! Best regards, Will CoolGeek Team

Please ignore the things below. I did recieve the player today. It was the no/wrong update from the shipping company. However, well packed and easy to get started with. Music is playing :) The only thing is the flimsy battery charger. However, not to be frequently used I suppose. The item (cd player) is shipped. It was ordered the 24'th of january and now in India according to the shipping info. So far the stated delivery time (5-12 businessdays) does not seem to become true.

Hi, Thank you so much for coming back to update your review! We are thrilled to hear that your CoolGeek player arrived safely, was well-packed, and that you’re already enjoying the music. :) We apologize for the confusion caused by the shipping carrier's tracking info. Logistics can sometimes be unpredictable, and we appreciate your patience while the player made its way to you. Regarding your feedback on the battery charger/power adapter: We understand your concern about the "flimsy" feel. To maintain the minimalist and portable nature of the M1, we opted for a lightweight design. However, please rest assured that the internal components meet all safety and performance standards. Since the player has an 8-hour battery life, as you noted, the charger is mainly for occasional top-ups, but we will certainly share this feedback with our product team for future improvements. It means a lot to us that you took the time to share your experience. Happy listening, and feel free to reach out if you need anything else! Best regards, Will CoolGeek Team
