Excellent range and service
Excellent range of frames and my glasses arrived in Australia quickly and they were exactly as described on the site. I will buy my frames from this site again.

Restocking fee is outrageous!
I bought a frame not knowing how I'd look in it. The frame was nice but didn't do anything for me, so I returned it. I knee there was a restocking fee for returns when I ordered. However, the amount is extremely high. I'll never order again from COOL FRAMES because of this fee.

Satisfied with the glasses, dissatisfied with the delivery.
After being told it was free delivery I then had to pay a £16 import charge after my glasses taking over 2 weeks to arrive. I am pleased with the glasses however, would be hesitant to shop with coolframes again in the future.

Hi Charley, Free delivery on our website refers to the cost of shipping the item from us to you, which we cover. Any additional fees are imposed by the UK Government upon import. Unfortunately, we are not in control of what the UK Government through HMRC charge. The only thing we can do is inform our customers at checkout that their order is subject to VAT, as we do, and keep our prices low enough that even with added in VAT on top we remain competitively priced with local competition.

Hi Ruth, It is regrettable that you are unhappy with additional fees imposed by the UK Government. Unfortunately, we are not in control of what the UK Government through HMRC charge.
