Ordered on the 7th March, received an email on the 8th saying shipped. It took until the 21st for me to be able to see tracking info, and it said Parcel Data Received on the 16th March, so unsure as to what happened between the 8th and 16th. I then received an email on the 18th March asking me to review with the heading "LOVING YOUR NEW GLASSES?" My suggestion would be, to send the invitation to review after the order has been delivered. Until the glasses are received, hopefully in time for summer, I can't really review, only the experience so far.

The frames are fine. The problem was that they were shipped through US postal service and required a signature. This led to about two weeks of "frame pickup tag" because I work such odd hours that I couldn't get to the post office to pick them up during office hours. What should have been a simple frame replacement turned into a major ordeal, all the time struggling without a pair of glasses. Please consider shipping frames without lenses to customers without requiring a signature. For this reason I can't use your company again.

Frames and their price are excellent.

I was very pleased with the customer service I received when I placed my order. At first my selection was deemed discontinued but cool frames found a replacement pair that I was very happy with. They made sure that I didn't go away empty handed. Also my glasses were lost during the USPS shipment and I was very frustrated at the poor quality of the USPS customer hotline. I placed a call to cool frames hotline and was treated extremely well and was assured my frames would be arriving soon. They arrived the very next day! Also kudos for the case and cleaning cloth that came with them! Well done!

Took months to get the frames I wanted back ordered a long time. Once I did get them the arm broke day one, and what followed was poor customer service to have them replaced. They made me pay for them in full again to get a replacement and them screwed up the replacement order and charged me a restock fee and shipping twice. When I confronted them with the mistake of shipping the clip on sun glasses that should not have been sent the second time they gave me a hard time. I do not recommend them and certainly will not buy from them again. Buy your frames from you local optical company or doctor. You will be glad that you did!
