I've only had 1 experience which is not going well. I ordered frames that were offered on the site in a particular size. Upon receipt they were a smaller size. when I contacted CS I was told that there was an error on the website, and they offered an opportunity for me to get another pair. I wasn't interested in another pair because I actually saw the ones I ordered at a local store but the Cool Frame price was better. Although it was against their policy I was told that I would receive a refund. Each time I follow up ,I'm told that someone will call me back. This has been going on for 2 weeks and my vision benefits is being held up. I just want a refund since the error was not my fault nor did I change my mind about what was ordered. I will never ordering anything from CoolFrames due to the lack of follow-up.

Glasses I wanted at a good price and delivered just as expected. I would use them again and just may.

I was able to find the exact frames that I had been looking for at a better price than I previously paid, and they were quickly delivered to my home! The website was very user-friendly, and the frame collection was quite expansive. I was able to easily customize both the frames and lenses to my liking, all while being able to see how each option would affect the cost. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase, and will definitely be a returning customer!
