Great customer service, ease of an exchange, quality of the glasses I’ll use this site again!

Amazing customer service. I accidentally put the wrong address and they were able to quickly correct my mistake! Shipping was super fast and the glasses are gorgeous!

The frames I choose were too large. I contacted Cool Frames about returning or exchanging the product. They informed me that I should mail the frames back to them and they would reach out once they recieved the frames. I could tell they recived the frames on Friday but I waited for "their response" finally on Wednesday i emailed them asking about the return or exchange. They informed me they had already returned the product. Charged me a restocking fee and did not refund the lenses. I understand that is their policy...and that is why I was wanted to do an exchange, but they never gave me a chance. I've done numerous transactions over the years with online eye centers and this experience has by far been the worse yet.

Found the pair of sunglasses I wanted, was at a great price point, shipped as communicated via email. Received the product new in box. Very easy web interface.

It took a longer processing time to receive my glasses with the new lenses. I did indicate that I would like for the earpieces to be adjusted back to the "new" settings and that request was not fulfilled.

Right fit quick service

My ordered item, Ralph Lauren RL5116T Eyeglasses says in the specs that it is made in Italy, but when the item arrived it was actually made in China. I don't know, maybe the item is not legit.
