I really appreciate how well the sunglasses were packaged and shipped quickly. They were exactly what I wanted, on sale, with a beautiful case, and a nice bonus was the free cleaning kit. I would definitely order from this company again. Thank you so much for excellent customer service.

thank you for your order, we strive to get orders shipped quickly as possible however we do not ship items from our store as they have been tried on, we will only ship brand new items from the manufacturer. This process causes our processing time to 2-4 days. 6 weeks and still no frames
I ordered lenses from cool frames 6 weeks ago. Still have not even shipped. I contacted customer service 3 times and finally after over a month and my third email they let me know that they hadn’t gotten my prescription from my doctor yet. I immediately sent it to them, and I would’ve done that weeks earlier had they let me know that’s why my order hadn’t shipped yet. Customer service is awful! Not to mention they are rude and still have yet to ship my frames

I was very excited my daughter's frames…
I was very excited to find my daughter's frames on CoolFrames.com! Hers were broken at work and her backup pair are lost. I paid extra for 2 day shipping but it still took 7 days to get her frames. I only had one day to meet her to get the lenses switched out and did NOT have the frames in time. They will now be her backup pair as we had to go get and pay for an eye exam and new frames & lenses. Two day shipping should be just that, NOT 7 days.

Thank you for the order with our store, very sorry that the glasses took longer then expected to arrive. we do strive to reduce processing time it just unfortunately your packaged shipped 2 day air on a Thursday hitting the weekend and two days were lost making the two day delivery from Thursday to Monday. very sorry for the delay.
