Almost flawless ! despite some negative reviews I have read online. Ordering process was pretty flawless for me. I just had to confirm my billing/shipping address one more time.

Excellent customer service, good prices. Only complaint is that the glasses took weeks to arrive because of customs delays.

Returns are outrageously expensive. Not customer friendly financially.

The online purchase experience was OK. This was mainly because, I specifically mentioned that I was ordering from India and still they forgot add my shipment fee to my invoice. I had to pay twice. Secondly it's been 15 days since the time I booked my eyeglass frame. And I have no clue where my frames are right now. The shipment tracker they sent does not get updated that frequently and I have been waiting for my glasses for ever. Hope i get my glasses one day. Else it's a waste of $88.

thank you for your order, the charge of $44 was to cover the cost of shipping to India, the additional fee at delivery may have been a customs fee. With that said we do believe that the cost of our product are very competitive with local merchants. We hope you enjoy your glasses. Lee
