Cool FramesReviews of coolframes.com

Website was easy to use to screen for eyeglass frames and the frames I bought were as describe and fit well.

Easy search and frames arrived very timely

They were exactly what i was looking for

So far I am sad , frustrated and totally upset . I ordered my eyeglass frames on the Oct 20 and had to wait to get them until the 19 November. They were the wrong colour , the right type and brand but silver or aluminium as they called it instead of gold . They were expensive frames but now I really wish I had not bought them from them and gone elsewhere. It took me a great deal of time and effort to source these but since have seen them on different web sites. The glasses Morel Lightec 30067L . Now I am waiting to see if they will remedy my problem at all so it is at this time an ongoing issue. I did pay by paypal but not sure if this company will do the right thing or whether I will be facing more stress over their mistake. I dont need the stress as I suffer a autoimmune disease that is exacerbated by stress. Right now I am worried this is going to go to a worse outcome. I will have to come back and write again when this issue is further on. Just received this from Coolframe sales@coolframes. 01:49 (5 hours ago) to me Thank you for contacting us, Please be advised we have looked into your order and the pictures your have provided, we are an authorized retailer for LT Lightec style 30067L for (Color: BLACK ND04, Size: 48-20-140) we have been advised that you received color BLACK ND04 which is what was ordered and received. Color Black ND04 is the only black option listed. Neither the manufacturer nor we have the style listed as a black/gold. The pictures on our website are taken from Morel's website directly. As we have sent you the correct model and color you ordered, you are welcome to send the order back to us as per our return policy. You would be responsible for the shipping to and from our location. If you decide to return the frame, it would be subject to a 20% restocking fee. es .. further to the above review...this is what they sent me in reply and I do know I was so careful to choose the black/gold pic and click on this but nowhere on the order does it allow me or anyone to actually state I only want the black/gold.. If they did use Morels pictures then they should make sure the colours are true and not subject to distortion or publication or print as this is false advertising. I would never reccommend this company now to anyone . Purchase from them at your own peril it seems. And what is a darned restocking fee.. all designed to make you not persue a refund etc.. what a nasty company with nasty tactics.. This has been my experience so far and probably will be others experience also.. I did wonder why they advertised as being Coolframes with an Australian extention then everything came from Coolframes from Brooklyn , NY .. USA.. this sort of should have raised questions but I went on in trust to hope I would not regret my purchase and now this... not a nice feeling..

Great selection, price and speedy international delivery.

Love them. Fit perfectly and the look good too.

Our eye doctor didn’t carry the Oakleys my son likes anymore. You made him a very happy kid!
