THIS WAS HANDS DOWN THE BEST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD (and I online shop a lot) I looked up two pairs of glasses that I found in a local eyeglass shop because they were too expensive in the store. I found the cheapest pair on CoolFrames. I had never heard of them so I googled their reviews and they were great so I went for it. I’m SO glad I did. When I looked up the glasses they said If I had any questions to text their customer service number so I did and they answered me immediately, helped me get a better discount, and found the second pair for me even though they weren’t on the site. THEN! To top it all off I ALREADY received them in the mail with the prescription lenses. I’ve never received glasses online that fast. You guys are KILLING IT!! I will always order from CoolFrames from now on.

I have had a shocking experience with this company and would not recommend the company to anyone anywhere in the world. I sadly ordered a pair of glasses from Australia after not checking out the company thoroughly enough online. The glasses did arrive but were too big and I requested to change them for another pair. This is where things went wrong. They said they were coming from France and nearly two months later nothing has arrived. I have now been emailing for weeks trying to find out what has happened. Responses have been extremely tardy. Then when I wrote and asked for a full refund, they have just simply ignored my emails all together. I paid $700 for nothing. So basically they have stolen my money. I buy things from all over the world all the time. Just the other day I bought a lamp from the UK on a Thursday and it had arrived by DHL on the Tuesday. They obviously never had any intention to send the pair I requested to exchange the original ones for. They just waited for them to arrive once I sent them back and then just kept my money. I am going to report them to the Bureau of Consumer Protection, if this is possible. It is not worth the risk. Use another company. From reading reviews, it would appear that people's experiences with this company are hit and miss. I sadly have been one of the unlucky ones. I note that other customers refer to delay tactics in the hope that you will just give up and go away. I can fully relate to this. It is so easy to respond to customer emails, it can be done in a minute or two. I want a full refund of my money but i now fear that is highly unlikely.

I currently have the same frame I ordered and had no RX change. I wanted the same frame and found it on your site. Since my RX didn't change I wanted to have the old lenses put in the new frame because they have the transitions. I get a lot of requests from people about the frame. I just retired from from my optical job and am happy that I could have this frame.

Good value, plenty of choices of frames, all prices. Easy to maneuver the website and easy ordering. I only purchased frames so I don’t have any review of the lenses, but I may try them the next time I’m due for glasses. Very happy with my purchase, as I was having trouble finding small frames.

Recently received my glasses(John Lennon, walrus) frame. Very happy ,had been trying to find the John Lennon frame for some time. Love the look and feel.price is good but not great, there are others that are better priced but didn’t have that brand of frame.
