The glasses came missing screws and all wobbly and not put together properly. I almost feel like they’re 75% fake and need to be checked however with this corona virus pandemic going on there is nothing I can do. The glasses are missing a stopper on one screw and the screws aren’t tight which makes the frame move by the lens on each screw

At first I was really excited when I found my discontinued frames at coolframes.com. That is where my excitement ended. After ten days with no notification of shipment I called customer service and was told that they had an email from me canceling my order. (There was no such email from me) Then I was told the cancellation email was from someone with a "similar" name to mine, really is that how you do business I hope John Smith never has to order glasses from you, no chance they will be right. Fast forward to my glasses actually arriving, I ordered transition lenses in my new glasses, but have yet to see them change. I was outside in the direct sun for several hours and the tinting was hardly noticeable, nothing like transitions I have had before. Also the glare on these lenses is like no other I have ever had, even with the so called anti glare coating. So today marks the 4th day I have had my glasses and there is already a scratch on the lens. I am not hard on my glasses and I honestly have no idea how the scratch got there but nevertheless it is there. I still like the frames, there are tried and true but the lenses and customer service I was provided by coolframes was sub-par and I will never use this company again. To clarify from Coolframes response. I ordered on February 28th and received on March 13....so 14 days.

Thank you so much for your order. the order process took 8 days prior to shipping and was delivered within 2 days as per FedEx 2 day air. The Photochromatic lenses you purchased work somewhat different then Transition and do darken, but not in the same way as transition lenses do. We would be more than happy to switch your Photochromatic lenses to transition brand lenses. Lee W.
