Beautifully stylish,lightweight and extremely comfortable

I received my glesses I love them. But I need some sunglasses frame to put my lens in.big one

I am disappointed with the progressive lenses in these new frames. The lower portion of the lenses seem to be in need of cleaning when I look down and in normal light conditions. The lenses are clean ,no residue on them. I think these lenses are just a poor quality. I have never had this condition with any other progressive lenses in my eye glasses for over forty years. I wanted new frames to give myself a different look but I am not sure how long I can put up with this reflection problem in the lower half of the lenses, or what ever the problem is. The service was great but this problem makes future purchases unlikely.

Great place to get those hard to find frames. Their team of representatives are easy to work with and a pleasure to talk to. Definitely using them again in the future!

I couldn't happier! My glasses are great AND all the help I got prior to ordering was phenominal. Thanks again Samantha!

I had my previous pair of glasses for four years. At the end of those four years, I went to get my eyes checked to see if my prescription had changed. It hadn't changed much, but my doctor asked how long I'd had my current frames because they were in "fantastic condition." I always try to take care of the things I own. Fast forward a few months later and my dog ate my glasses. She didn't actually swallow anything, but she did manage to disassemble them into so many pieces that there was nothing I could do to fix them. I went to a handful of stores to find new frames but couldn't actually find anything I liked. I've always thought I looked better without glasses anyway. Eventually I did find a pair of frames I liked the look of by Tom Ford, and immediately knew they were going to be way out of my price range. I tried them on, and loved them, of course, right? The lady who I spoke to at the store said they were $700 but that she would give me a "discount" of 40% off so they came to like 450 after everything was said and done. Like I said, way out of my price range, that didn't even include lenses. So I left. My wife managed to find those exact same frames on CoolFrames.com for $186. Sold. CoolFrames shipped quickly. I am now waiting on my eye doctor to call me and tell me my lenses are done so I can start wearing them. I couldn't be happier with the pricing and speed I've experienced with CoolFrames and would definitely recommend double checking their site before buying frames in a store!

Great glasses options for great prices. My only complaint is ordering was complicated. I tried to place online order and it did something weird so I called the number for assistance. The lady was very nice and helped but for some reason it was going to cost me almost $50 extra so I decided to try to place order online again. I was able to successfully place online order the second time I tried and got a great price doing so. My glasses arrived in a timely manner and was everything I expected.
