Fast friendly and knowledgeable. Very straightforward the way it should be. Especially since I was just buying frames without the lenses. Next time will try them for lenses as well. They were able to get me the frames I was looking for without any problem. Another big-name online company (frames direct) took my money, sent me used broken frames late (even after paying expedited shipping). I returned them. And then they “forgot” to resend replacement and won’t refund me. None of this drama with these guys! Thank god.
