I felt a little misguided in this purchase. I received my frames and they just didn’t fit my face right. When I went to return it, the site says “all you have to do is pay 9.95 for the shipping fee” then all the way on the bottom it says, “depending on the price of your frames, you will have to pay a restocking fee.....but it doesn’t tell you how much percentage or what amount for the glasses. This site is sketchy in how the terms are written out. I’ve never heard of a, “oh by the way, there’s a restocking fee all the way on the bottom of the paragraph. Won’t be purchasing from here ever again.

Site was easy to navigate and the product I ordered easy to find and order. Shipping only took 2 days from NYC to the West Coast. Overall, good shopping experience.

I expected the frames to come with a warranty at such a cost,but was disappointed. Overall the sizing was ok.

Love these glasses

I was concerned to be sure that I got new frames that would fit with my lenses. In that connection I had very good phone conversation with "Eton" and then a very good email conversation with "Samantha." I appreciated very much that both were so responsive and understanding about my concerns. In the end, my lenses did fit the frames that were sent.

Beautiful frames!

The sunglasses I received were bent. The alignment is still off. I was disappointed in what I received. It wasn't worth sending back because these sunglasses have been discontinued.

Good price, had the item I wanted. The promised shipping time was a little deceptive.
